You will receive in your mail box an A6 envelope with exclusive stationery for journaling.

This subscription is shipped to you by tracking mail from the French post.

Each month on the 25th I post the new theme.
You can subscribe or make a purchase until the 10th of the month (our cut off date).
Passed that cut off date I can no longer guarantee that you will get that month’s theme.
From the 10 to the 15th I ship out your subscriptions and orders, and send you an email with your tracking details.
The calendar
If you choose a monthly subscription, you will be granted access to our members area.
Your login details will be sent to you by email when I ship your subscription.
If you chose a one time purchase you will NOT have access to the members area.

Create your account and fill in your details so that we can ship to you postal address.
Step 1
Choose between subscribing to our monthly mail or buying one time one of our envelopes.
Make sure you choose the correct option between “International” (If you live outside France ) and “France” if you live in the country.
Once you finish this step you will be taken to the payment page, your final step.

Will I be charged automatically every month?
Yes! You will be charged on the day you sign up. For future months, payment will recur on the same day as your initial order. If you signed up for the prepaid annual payment option, it is charged up front for the year and will recur on the same date the following year.
When you log in in your account, you can update your subscription and make adjustments to your information. Please be sure to make changes before your monthly automatic charge date, or else it will not be updated in the next order!

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can always cancel by loggin in your account, you can cancel your subscription and make adjustments to your information.
I haven't received my mail!
If you haven't received your letter within 15 days of the shipping notification. Please email me: themodernjournaler@outlook.com
Can I get reimbursed
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds/returns on this product, but you can always cancel your subscription for future months.
